Part 1: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises

1) 10 Burpees
2) 30 switch lunges
3) bent over rows, 15 reps per arm
4) 30 deep squats
5) 10 oblique hop burpees
6) 2 low side steps, lunge back, squat & press
7) 20 knee hugs
8) 10 tricep pushup burpees

Part 2: 10 star burpees
