Part 1: (20 min) Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises - 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
1) Heel clicks
2) hi knees
3) scorpion pushups
4) 4 squats w/ glute raise, 4 surfers
5) Plank walk
6) 1 lateral jump, 1 star jump
7) tricep pushup, walk hands to feet
8) touchdowns
9) half burpee with plank hops
10) squat walks

Part 2 - Ab & Booty bonus
Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises, 50 sec work, 10 sec rest.
1) glute bridge (right leg)
2) sliders - 1 knee in, 1 pike
3) glute bridge (left leg)
4) plank glute raises (left leg)
5) leg raises w/ in&out
6) plank glute raise (right leg)
