2) tricep dips
3) squat jump pushups
4) dumbell swings
5) jugglers
6) army press
7) skaters
8) lunge back, bicep curl
9) 1 reg pushup, 1 pike pushup
10) 2 squat jumps, 1 front raise, 1 lateral raise
