1) Criss cross jacks (with weight)
2) Tire Run
3) Superman knee tucks
4) switch lunges
5) tricep pushup, walk hands to feet
6) squat jumps
7) pushup into side plank, 4 toe taps
8) 1 box jump, 2 surfers
9) diamond pushup burpees
10) 2 elevated knee tucks, 2 shoulder taps

Part 2: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises (at your own pace)
1) squat and press (20 reps)
2) single arm row (15 reps per arm)
3) curtsy lunge (15 reps per leg)
