2) Lateral lunge & push (right leg)
3) staggered pushups
4) Lateral lunge & push (left leg)

Part 2: Complete 3 rounds (50:10)
1) hi knees
2) russian twists
3) lateral 1 legged hops
3) cross-over plank glute raise

Finisher: (go through this once)
1) 10 burpees, 8 squat walks
2) 9 burpees, 8 squat walks
3) 8 burpees, 8 squat walks
4) 7 burpees, 8 squat walks
5) 6 burpees, 8 squat walks
6) 5 burpees, 8 squat walks
7) 4 burpees, 8 squat walks
8) 3 burpees, 8 squat walks
9) 2 burpees, 8 squat walks
10) 1 burpee, 8 squat walks
