2) elevated knee tucks (1 opposite, 1 wide)
3) 1/2 burpee with tuck jump
4) walking pushup with plank jack
5) pendulum lunge with switch
6) bridge sliders
7) shuffle and punch with 2 surfers
8) tuck abs with overhead press
