2) 4 Squat jumps, 4 switch lunges
3) Sumos
4) 1 legged pushup with knee tuck, step up
5) Alternating back lunge

Part 2 :

Complete 4 rounds of the following exercises (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)

1) 10 High knees, 10 mountain climbers
2) 4 tricep pushups, 4 Squat jumps
3) leg circles
4) 2 Plank hops, 2 spidermans
5) Single leg hip raise (alternate sides each round)

Part 3:
10 surfer burpees
10 star burpees
10 burps with tuck jump
