Betty demonstrates how to make Tuna Slider Melts. These are small tuna salad sandwiches that are wrapped and heated before serving.

Tuna Slider Melts

(2) 5-ounce cans tuna (packed in water), drained
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 small onion, minced
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slider buns

Combine tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and Cheddar cheese. Spread 1/8 of filling inside each of 8 slider buns. Wrap tuna sliders individually in aluminum foil and place on shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 15 minutes. Serve immediately, while hot. These make a nice, tasty, low-calorie lunch. I hope you love them! --Betty :)
