This is such a great question and I am so happy to answer it! Walking is a fantastic form of exercise (one of my personal favorites) and offers so many benefits including improved mood, improved cardiovascular fitness, and of course, a way to burn calories. Plus, it's the perfect place to start a regular exercise routine since you already know how to do it, it doesn't require any extra equipment and you can basically do it anytime, anywhere.
And while yes, you can lose weight walking, you may want to consider adding a few additional elements to your exercise routine once it becomes a regular habit to both maximize your weight loss and keep your body healthy, fit and youthful.
