5 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 3/4 cups water
1 mozzarella ball, sliced
Sliced black olives
1.) In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the hook attachment, add flour, salt, yeast and water. Mix for about 10 minutes until a homogenous dough is formed.
2.) Place dough in fridge to rise for 2 hours. Remove dough from fridge and punch down. Cover bowl, and allow dough to rise at room temperature for 1 more hour.
3.) Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
4.) On a well floured surface, roll out dough to the size of your pizza pan. Transfer dough to pan, and top with sauce, shredded cheese, sliced mozzarella, mushrooms, olives and pepperoni.
5.) Bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
