This non stop total body circuit is designed to work your entire body in a short amount of time. Try this routine on strength days when you are pressed for time or before your cardio workout to sculpt and slim from head to toe.

Equipment: One set of moderate dumbbells (I'm using 10 lbs, will vary with your fitness level)
