What is the Best Exercise for Legs and Thighs. In this video I will take you through my favorite leg workout which will really help to tone your legs and upper thighs. For women, these areas can be hard to target but if you want to get that strong, sexy muscle in your legs and if you want to really tighten and tone your thighs, this is one of the best workouts that you can do.

HIIT means high intensity interval trailing. This workout includes:

1. High knees with Burpee
2. Squat reach jumps with jumping jacks
3. Side shuffle star jumps
4. Jump lunges with mountain climbers
5. Squats
Repeat 1 - 4
6. Bulgarians

And repeat as necessary. I usually repeat this sequence three times.
