1) Oblique burpees
2) Around the world
3) Side lunge, back lunge, curtsy lunge
4) Bear Crawl with 4 plank jumps

Set your timer for 10 minutes and repeat as many rounds of the following exercises as you can:
1) 10 reps -Santana pushup
2)10 reps - 3 pulse squats, 1 squat jump with tuck (she calls it '3 pike plyo tuck')
3) 30 reps - crap toe touch
4) 20 reps - low jacks

Part 3: Complete 4 rounds of the following exercises (30 seconds each)

1) tricep pushup with knee tuck
2) switch lunges
3) Plank with glut raise (right leg)
4) 1/2 burpee box jump
5) Plank with glut raise (left leg)
6) flutter kicks
