This workout will burn approx 500-900 calories, depending on your size and intensity.

This workout is made of 2 sections. Completing both sections = 1 round. In this video I did 3 rounds. You can follow along with me for all 3 rounds or just do 1 or 2 rounds, depending on what you want to do :) (Each round takes about 20 minutes)

Section 1 (HIIT): Repeat the following exercises twice (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
1) 3 side shuffles, 1 squat jump
2) squat jumps in and out, 2 sumo squats
3) tire run
4) plank hops L&R, surfer
5) 6 switch lunges, 6 mountain climbers

Section 2 (SCULPT)
1) tricep dips (10 reps)
2) bicep curl with alternating back lunge ( 20 reps)
3) Single arm kettle bell or dumbbell swing (15 reps per arm)
4) bent over, single arm rows (15 reps)
5) Pushup into superman plank (10 reps)
6) back extension (10 reps)
