This workout will burn approx 500-900 calories, depending on your size and intensity.

This workout has 2 sections. Completing both sections = 1 round. In this video I did 2 rounds. For a shorter workout (about 30 min) just complete 1 round.

HIIT section: Repeat the following exercises 3 times (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
1) Prisoner Squat jumping jacks
2) KB or Dumbell swing
3) high knees
4) frog plank jump with pushup
5) burpee with box jump

Sculpt Section:
1)Plie Squats (10 low pulses, 10 mid-range squats, 10 full squats, 10 jumps)
2) Down dog single leg press (20 reps per leg)
3) Hip bridge toe taps ( 15 reps per leg)
4) single leg hip raise (15 reps per leg)
5)Step up and kick, lunge back (15 reps per leg)
6) squats w/ front sweep (15 per leg)
