4) 2 plank hops, 1 commando plank
5) triple pulse lunge forward, hop, triple pulse lunge back (left leg)
6) 1 tricep pushup, jump tuck across
7) triple pulse lunge forward, hop, triple pulse lunge back
8) flutter kicks
