A) 50 Burpees
B) 50 Air Bike Calories (If you don't have a bike ALTERNATIVES 4 minute run at 80% or 50 Rowing Calories)

PM: STRENGTH
- 6x4 Backsquat at 85% 1rm
- 20 Minute EMOM - 1 Hang Snatch at 80-85% 1rm
