Part 1 - Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

1) Touchdowns
2) 3 plyometric lunges, 1 kick w/ toe touch
3) Around the world ABS w/ pushup
4) 10 high knees/half burpee/tuck jump
5) Lateral 1 legged jumps
6) Elevated kickouts (4x)/ Shoulder taps (4x)
7) 4 plank jacks/ 4 star jumps
8)Side squat/squat jump/narrow squat/squat jump (alternate legs)
9) Oblique leg raises
10) 1 legged pushup/ 1 box jump (alternate legs each time)
11) Chair lunges
12) Toe touch situps

Part 2 - Repeat twice (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
1) Russian Twists (with weight of your choice)
2) Static V hold
