4 Chicken Thighs
3 T Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves
1 T fresh parsley
1 T Italian seasoning
1 T Oregano
2 t Lemon juice
1/4 t black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Mix 3 T olive oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, black pepper, oregano and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Season both sides of chicken with salt.
Rub seasoning blend all over chicken Get a sauté pan under medium heat and add about ¼ inch of oil pan. When oil starts to get hot, add the chicken.
Cover pan with foil and flatten it with a pot, when one side is crispy and golden flip and cook other side, remove to a cooling rack and let the chicken rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
