*2 (28oz) cans of whole peeled tomatoes
*1/2 bunch of fresh Cilantro (rough chop)
*4 Tsp. Garlic Salt (to taste)
*8 Jalapenos (boil for 12 min./place in ice water bath/take out seeds/wash your hands!)
*1 yellow Onion (chopped)
Take a large pot and bring water up to a boil...add your jalapenos. Rough chop your cilantro, onion and add to a large bowl. Add your canned tomatoes. Take Jalapenos out of water, and drop into ice bath. Remove stems. Open your jalapenos, and take out all of the seeds. Add jalapenos to bowl with onion, cilantro and tomatoes. Using a stick blender, blend until incorporated. Add garlic salt to taste! Bon Appetit Amigos!
