I posted a simple okra soup picture on my instagram page and to my surprise, got a few requests to share the recipe. Well, I never cook any of my soups by strict recipe, eyeball only, so had to put down a quick recipe for this okra soup: vegetarian version and another one: with chicken breast tenders.
Okra is one of those “love or hate” veggies , that I personally love, especially in soups or even better when marinated. I make my okra soup with anything on hand , but I find that it tastes really delicious with quinoa and chicken. In this YouTube tutorial, I'm showing both versions therefore I am posting a quick recipe for both.
