HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in the fridge 4-5 days. After that, freeze. Take out the night before eating and defrost in the fridge.
2. Can be eaten cold, but if you want to reheat, heat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes.

1 1/2 cups water
600g chicken breast
100g onion
4 scallions (green onion)
2 eggs
100g frozen peas
100g carrot (about 2)
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp coconut aminos (or liquid aminos or organic soy sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
