Hello Everyone! Today's video is on how to tell your loved ones that you have a mental illness. Emily and I have had a lot of experience with this and in this video we share when we told people, who we have told and how we told them, what to expect when you do tell, as well as some tips and tricks on talking about mental illness. Never give up! If you are suffering and dont know what to do the first step is to talk about it and tell someone ANYONE!! Your Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Aunt, Uncle, favorite teacher, school counselor, best friend, best friends parents, your pastor etc. There are so many people to tell and dont let your nerves stand in your way! Telling people and getting the help you need is the first step to recovery!

Emily's Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7ALjsUIfU7x44L4RyOGP4g

Please go subscribe to her. She is so brave to put herself out there and talk about mental health at such a young age and I really admire her for that. Most of her content is on Depression and Anxiety so if that relates to you she has amazing content on it!
