The big story for the week is still developing, and doesn't yet have (much) more primary information aside from its source, [H]ardOCP. The story pertains to nVidia's GeForce preferred partner program, and raises question of the legality of the program. Additional news items included coverage of Coffee Lake (8th Gen, 8700K/8600K) CPUs working on Z170 and Z270 motherboards, done by using a few hacks.
For rumors, some discussion on the Intel 8670 and Ryzen / TR 2000 CPUs is briefly held.
We also talk about a $2 million mining machine heist, NZXT's X72 cooler, RAM price in crease, and provide a brief review of a gaming chair from Noble (the Icon).
