Make Fat Loss Workouts Easy:

Hey y'all,

Lindsey here. I'm here with insanehomefatloss and today we are going to do an ab workout that concentrates on your obliques. This is an easy, simple workout you can do at home. Include this workout in your fat loss regiment so you can soon have the flat belly of your dreams.

Workout Breakdown:

4 Exercises/ 4 Sets/ 10 Reps Each

0:21 Russian Twists: sit down with you feet up and your abs tight, then go from side to side.

0:49 Lying V-ups: you are going to lie on your back and make your body a V, attempting to connect your finger tips and your toes

1:13 Side Plank Hip Thrusters: in the side plank position you want to thrust your hip up (make sure you check out the video to learn proper form)

1:48 Push Up Position Knee To Chest: a pretty self explanatory move, but you are going to put one knee to chest at a time and make sure you go all the way to the chest with each knee
