Part 1:
Complete 3 rounds (50:10)
1) Jump fwd, heel click, jump back, heel click
2) plank thrusts
3) squat split jumps
4) superman plank, bring arm and leg wide
5) tricep pushup burpees

Part 2
Complete 3 rounds (50:10)
1) 6 switch lunges, 6 mountain climers
2) 4 plank walks, 4 knee tucks
3) 1 lateral hop, 2 switch lunges
4) 2 plank hops, 2 wide pushups
5) squat with leg lift + squat jump

Finisher (go through this twice)
1) Donkey kicks (right leg 16 reps)
2) 1 star jump, 1 tuck jump (8 reps)
3) Donkey kicks (left leg 16 reps)
4) Plank Jacks with shoulder taps (20 reps)
