Workout:
Circuit 1: repeat 3x
1) pull-up burpees (2 pushups) - 10 reps
2) KB swing - 20 reps
3) Single Arm cable row - 10 reps per arm
4) Landmine shoulder press - 10 reps per arm

Circuit 2: Repeat 3x
1) stability ball chest fly's - 10 reps
2) lateral raises - 10 reps
3) TRX single leg plyo pistol squats

Finisher: Repeat 5x
1) 5 box jumps
2) 3 reps man makers (2 pushups, 2 plank rows, bicep curl, shoulder press)
3) Drag some weights from one end of the room to the other and back. IDK what these are called LOL. But they are fun.
