Silent HIIT | 700 Calorie Burn Home Workout

There's no jumping in this workout so it's perfect for people who live in an apartment that isn't soundproof and those with joint issues. And everyone else too, of course :)

This workout is divided into three 15 minute parts:

Set your timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest

Part 1: Complete 3 Rounds of the following exercises

1) Squat and kick (with weight)
2) 2 pushups, 2 step ups
3) Dumb bell or kettle bell swings
4) Side squat, back lunge (right leg)
5)Side squat, back lunge (left leg)

Part 2: Complete 3 Rounds of the following exercises

1) Sumo squats (with weight)
2) 1 pushup, 1 pike pushup
3) Russion Twists
4) Plie squat walks
5) wide mountain climbers

Part 3: Complete 3 Rounds of the following exercises

1) 4 tricep pushups, 4 crab toe touches
2) Curtsy lunge (right leg) (with weight)
3) Plank step overs
4) Curtsy lunge (left leg) (with weight)
5) Leg Raises
