Welcome to Part III of this series of Integrative Movement Insider (IMI)™ where we have been discussing the role of posture and corrective exercise in your general population clients.
In Part I of the series I discussed how we view posture as Integrative Movement Specialists™.
In Part II I demonstrated how to integrate these concepts to develop a more optimal posture and movement strategy in our general population clients using pulling patterns.
If you missed either part of the series you can access them here:

Part II - http://www.fitnesseducationseminars.com/posture-exercises-for-your-general-population-client-part-ii
In Part III I demonstrate how to integrate these concepts to help our clients with a forward shoulder develop more ideal alignment and control using a pushing pattern – The Inclined Push Up. This strategy has helped minimize the risk of developing shoulder, back, and neck tightness in our clients and ultimately set them up for success.
Join us this year for the Integrative Corrective Exercise Instructor Courses or our Integrative Movement Specialist Certification now with a new layout.
