Blend 1-2 cups raspberries with a few dates and young coconut meat, plus a little water ,(or a banana) and vanilla. Pour over chopped mangos.
Snack - 5 dates
Lunch - 1 Santa Clause melon, 1/2 watermelon
Dinner - Fresh corn and Zucchini noodles with Creamy Arugula, Kale, Sundried Tomato Pesto.
To make the pesto, first blend 1-2 zucchinis, and juice of half a lemon. If you use nutritional yeast, you can add 1 tbsp as well. Once blended, add 1/2 avocado and blend gently. Next pulse in the chives, arugula and chopped kale and sundried tomatoes.
**Later while this video was uploading I also at a small piece of durian and some grapes :)
