Breakfast

Chocolate banana smoothie (300 calories)
-coconut water
-2 bananas
-1 tsp cacao
-1 tsp carob
-cinnamon and vanilla
-1 date

Papaya Blackberry Peach Boats - 500 calories

Lunch

Green Juice (apple, kale, lemon, celery)-150 calories
7 mangos-700 calories

Dinner

Rainbow Salad with Honey mustard dressing - 400 calories
-romaine
-arugula
-beets
-carrots
-red bell pepper
-cucumber
-tomatoes

Dressing - blend 1-2 mangos, a couple sticks of celery, juice of 1 lemon, 0.5 tsp mustard. Then pulse in any herbs you like. I used basil and parsley. Dill would be great too!

Snack - Cherries - 150 calories

Total for the day - 2200 calories
