Breakfast: Vanilla nice cream with chopped apple and caramel sauce
I used about 4 bananas for the ice cream, but you can use as many as you want :) To make, just place chopped, frozen bananas plus some vanilla extract in your blender or food processor and blend until you get an ice cream texture. To make the caramel sauce, blend about 1/2 cup (or less) coconut water (or regular water) with about 5 dates, some cinnamon and vanilla. I also added about 2tbsp of young coconut meat. Top with dried mulberries.
