Master Sushi Chef Aaron Lau has had quite the past. Before opening up his own place Sushi Ten, he was rubbing elbows with Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa as he was one of his chefs in his original location in Beverly Hills. Working with him has given him a different insight compared to many different sushi chefs, as you can certainly see from his delightful creations. They are not only gorgeous to admire, they are so incredibly delicious. Food needs to appeal to the sight before it continues to appeal to the other senses. Chef Aaron's food does exactly this, and we highly recommend this fine establishment for anyone looking for the best sushi in the greater Los Angeles area.
