the hardest part is going through the gym doors, but if you don't get an effective workout in, you will waste your time. Sometimes it's better to step out of your ego and ask a trainier or someone who is more informed and experienced about working out.
Fails happen daily, even we do. But reinventing the wheel, doing partial reps or attempting to lift more weight than you can handle, is not so clever and it will not bring you gains.
In this video i'm showing you gym fails and talking about each clip.
