Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises (50:10)
1) 3 side shuffles, 1 heel click
2) hip thrusts (right leg)
3) high knee toe taps
4) hip thrusts (left leg)
5) plank step over burpees
6) side lunge, back lunge, curtsy lunge (right leg)
7) jump fwd, jump back, half burpee
8) side lunge, back lunge, curtsy lunge (left leg)
9) 2 plank hops, 2 surfers
10) squat hops with weight
