(Eng sub & Tiếng Việt) As Valentine is in the air, we made this video hoping to bring you some inspiration for your Valentine's gift. We use chocolate compound to make the cover to avoid tempering chocolate, as this can be quite annoying to amateur home baker. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients

A. Bon bons with Tiramisu filling:

80 grams dark compound chocolate
60 grams whipping cream
3 - 4 grams instant coffee powder
30 grams dark chocolate (66 - 75% cocoa)
1tsp (5 ml) Rum

B. Bon boss with strawberry filling

80 grams white compound chocolate
70 grams strawberry puree
30 grams whipping cream
30 gram white chocolate

C. Bon bons milk tea filling

40 grams dark compound chocolate
50 grams white compound chocolate
70 grams whipping cream
3 grams earl grey tea powder
30 grams white chocolate
