Most people can do this butt and thigh workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.

When you do butt and thigh or any lower body workouts, you must also pay close attention to your diet. Your diet is a key determining factor in the results you get from any butt workout, any thigh workout, or any workout that combines the two like this butt and thigh workout.

You want to be in a caloric deficit if the goal is to lose weight. Be in a caloric surplus if the goals is to gain weight. And eat the amount of food your body needs if you're in that awesome place of just trying to maintain the results you've worked so hard to achieve (congrats!)

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
