0:20 Start with belly to mouth breathing
1:00 Twist in place: Bharadvaja's Twist
1:38 Turn and do the same thing on the other side: Bharadvaja's Twist
2:22 Extend Both Legs and lean forward and hold on to your toes: Forward Bend
3:06 Child's Pose: Sit on your heels and extend your arms in front of you
3:54 Flip over and bend your knees and just relax and breathe: Suspine Deep Breathing
4:37 Extend your legs fully now and stay in that moment: Shavasana
This is it! See, it is not hard to do Yoga everyday even if you are a busy person! With regular yoga practice, the mind becomes calmer, centered and focused. As a result, productivity and efficiency at work increases, success rates are higher.
