Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises as FAST as possible:

My time: 32:53

1) Box Jump Burpees (10 Reps)

2) Combo: 4 low side squats, 4 surfers (5 reps)

3) Scorpion pushups (10 reps)

4) Lunge and kick (15 reps per leg)

5) Side plank toe touches (20 per side)

6) Heel clilcks (20 reps)

7) Ab combo: touch toes, extend legs (20 reps)
