You are six minutes closer to a six pack! This abs workout is awesome and I have my good friend Sven Friedrich, personal trainer and Runtastic Results model, with me to do this workout too. This guy has like an 8 pack, so I had to make this abs workout exceptionally good. Come on and do this workout with us.

Perform each exercises for 1 minute:
- Low plank arm reaches
- Bicycle crunches
- V-ups
- Crunches
- Scissor kicks
- Russian twist
