Ab Attack. Time to attack your abs, no giving up if you want that six pack. Let me motivate you through the workout to keep you going all the way to the end and finish strong. Let’s get started with Ab Attack!

Make sure you’re drinking enough water that has electrolytes in throughout the workout to keep you hydrated. Before you start make sure that you have stretched and are warm by using our warm up video. This is so important as it will give you a better workout and avoid risk to injuries

If you’re just beginning with me, WELCOME! I’m so glad you found the workouts and I’m excited to be your personal trainer. There are millions of people having fun while working out, enjoying getting fit and most important seeing incredible results. Now you will too :-) If you are part of the RL Healthy Team already then you know what I am talking about.

It can be confusing knowing what workouts to do when so I have come up with a great calendar that you can follow each day to keep you on track and make sure that you are getting an overall body workout in throughout the week. I send you a sidle email with the workout of the day today, the blog which is full of great advice on how to stay healthy and a quick tip to get you motivated for the day. There no space for confusion or excuses here! If you do have questions or suggestion please comment on the videos and I will get back to you.
