Best ab exercise. Try this exercise for abs while standing.
Flex your abs as if you are doing a standing crunch. Do this by bringing the top abs to rest in top of the lower abs. Basically, slouch with your shoulders and at the same time bring your pelvis forward you will really feel this exercise and achieve a contraction. Then, raise your arms above your head and then start moving them up and down. Then incorporate a a small movement by raising one leg as your arms go down, and then switching to the next leg, alternating. Do this for 10 reps - rest and then repeat 3 times before your floor work or crunches.
