Too many of us struggle with low self-esteem. Here's my take on building your confidence and getting your self-worth up to a healthy level. This is episode 007 of Svperhvman.

If you didn't have time to watch the whole video, here's a recap:

(1) Your opinion of yourself affects almost everything you do- your relationships, your career, etc. Make sure and keep it at a healthy level.

(2) If the people around you are affecting your self-esteem in a negative way, either distance yourself from them or have a serious talk with them.
