Flow through Bhujapidasana (Arm Pressure Balance) into Titibasana (Firefly) into Bakasana (Crow). This sequence is found in the Ashtanga first series. Remember to round the back like crazy (think Cat's Breath) to transition from Firefly to Crow. It will help you clear your feet and not knock around on the way back. Oh yes, and breath:)
