It's Lindsey and Mike with insanehomefatloss, today I have a awesome workout to really help you build a functional and athletic body. This way you can prevent any injuries caused by your daily routines and also have the nice tone stomach that you've always wanted.

2:30 Start Workout:
-High knees: Alternate your legs by kicking your knees up. Keep a constant jumping pattern and never have both feet on the ground at the same time.
-Side shuffle: Squat down to a 90 degree position with your legs spread past shoulder width. Walk side to side in this position across the length of the room and back
-Jump lunges: Same as regular lunges except you alternate legs with a hop.
-Hydraulics: Stay in a plank position, and lift your self up to a push up position one arm at a time. Repeat this movement for the entire set.
