Hey,

It's Lindsey and Mike with insanehomefatloss, today I have a awesome workout to really help you build a functional and athletic body. This way you can prevent any injuries caused by your daily routines and also have the nice tone stomach that you've always wanted.

Press play and lets get it on.

3 round // 30 seconds rounds // No rest

1:27 Exercise routine

2:30 Start Workout:

-High knees: Alternate your legs by kicking your knees up. Keep a constant jumping pattern and never have both feet on the ground at the same time.

-Side shuffle: Squat down to a 90 degree position with your legs spread past shoulder width. Walk side to side in this position across the length of the room and back

-Jump lunges: Same as regular lunges except you alternate legs with a hop.

-Hydraulics: Stay in a plank position, and lift your self up to a push up position one arm at a time. Repeat this movement for the entire set.

I hope you enjoyed this intense workout.

And if your serious about getting a lean and athletic body, watch this video now:
