When taking rest it does not mean you can not work out at all! In a week of rest it is recommended to do some form of workout, because otherwise the shock to your body will be too much! If you are used to smoke every day (don't do it!) and quit with it for one week you will fail and get very angry!

The video shows my PERSONAL workout for my rest week! It is not suited for beginners!
