Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises:

1) Chair lunges - 60 reps

2) Bulgarian split squats - 15 reps per leg

3) Squat jumps out+in with 2 sumos - 20 reps

4) Plank with crossover glut raise - 20 reps per leg

5) high knee toe taps - 100 reps

6) Plie Squat walks (4 forward, 4 back) - 5 reps

7) Hip Raise toe taps - 20 reps per leg

Finisher: 30 reps surfer burpees
