Braised Scallop, Mushroom with Broccoli ● Homemade Recipe [Simple & Easy]
12 pcs Scallop
12 pcs Chinese Mushroom
1 broccoli
1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon Oil

To boil broccoli:
1 litre water
1 teaspoon Oil
1 teaspoon Salt

350ml Water
1 ½ tablespoon Oyster Sauce
½ teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar

Soak Chinese mushroom for at least 3 hours or overnight
Trim and remove the liquid

Cut broccoli into small florets
Boil a pot of water. Once boil add 1 teaspoon Oil and 1 teaspoon salt
Add the broccoli and boil for 3 minutes
Remove and raise with cold water
Arrange the broccoli around a serving plate

Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon Oil
Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant
Add the mushroom and fry for 1 minute
Add water and seasoning
Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes (until the sauce reduce and thicken)
Stir in the scallop
Stir fry for 1 minutes
Add the corn starch mixture until the sauce thicken
Turn off the heat and pour into the middle of the plate surrounded by broccoli
