Bread Rasmalai is an instant dessert.. Very easy to cook and tastes yummy. Mostly people prepare milk based desert. Normal rasmalai take a long procedure but bread rasmalai is instant to cook. Don't forget to like and Subscribe my channel.

prepration time: 10 minutes

serving: 3-4

ingredients-

full creammilk-1 litre

white bread slices-7-8

sugar-50 gram

cashew nuts-8-10(chopped)

almonds-8-10(chopped)

saffron-2 pinch

pistachio-8-10

method:

-Put the mik pan on high flame.let it boil.

-BoiL the milk till it becomes half on low fame.

-Now add all dry fruits, mix it well.

-Boil the milk till it reduces to 1/4, that is 1/4 litre.

-Turn off the flame and let the milk cool.

-Cut the bread slices into any shape.(desirable shape)



serving:

Take one bread slice at one time and dip it into malai, leave it in malai for 30 seconds now take out bread into a serving plate.garnish it with dry fruits.
