This workout will burn approx 500 calories.

Complete 4 rounds of the following exercises:
*50 sec work, 10 sec rest
1) Burpees
2) 2 tricep pushups, 2 knee tucks
3) squat jumps
4) Cross over plank glute raise (2), shoulder taps (2)
5) Tire run
6) Lunge back, knee up (right leg)
7) frog plank jump with plank jack and pushup
8) Lunge back, knee up (left leg)
